Of Counsel Attorney

Frank Napolitano has more than twenty years of experience in the areas of real estate development and land use regulations.  He has represented owners, developers and contractors before land use commissions and boards in New York and Connecticut.  Frank’s practice also includes representation of lending institutions and borrowers in real estate transactions, representations of owners and construction entities in corporate matters as well as counsel to not-for-profit organizations.

 

Frank received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1991.  He is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Connecticut, the Federal Courts of the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and District of Connecticut.  Frank has formerly held the position of Associate General Counsel for the Archdiocese of New York (where he was responsible for advising the Archdiocese on real estate transactions), and Vice President of Administration/Counsel for LoParco Associates, Inc. ( a building construction firm located in Greenwich, Connecticut).  He also served as project manager for the New York City Public Development Corporation, the City of New York’s former real estate development entity
